Problem Opening Shared Mailbox Using MailboxName and Password Through OWA in Exchange 2010

I was receiving below error while accessing shared mailbox through owa using username and password.

Solution:

• There was permissions issue on that particular mailbox and below is the fix.
• Give NTAuthority\SELF account full mailbox permissions and follow below steps.
  1. Right Click on Shared Mailbox.
  2. Select “Manage full access permission”.
  3. Click on Add and search for “NT Authority\SELF” account select the same.
  4. Click on Manage.
  5. Try accessing the shared mailbox.
